3 Pajaritos Seed is dedicated to being an excellent source for 100% Certified Organic, Open-Pollinated, and Heirloom seeds. All our seeds are guaranteed to exceed Federal germination standards. All lots have been tested for germination and purity by an independent lab.
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, please email us, and we will happily send a replacement or refund for valid reasons. Otherwise, 3 Pajaritos Seed’s liability is limited solely to the purchase price or replacement of your order. Growing a crop from seed is a complex endeavor and involves too many factors beyond our control. We are committed to providing excellent seeds. The rest is up to you!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your refund reason, and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
