Our original Tomatillo Manzano seeds came from Las Cañadas, an agroecological cooperative in Huatusco, Veracruz. Tomatillo Manzano plants produce light yellow, medium-large sized tomatillos that look like green or yellow apples (as the name implies). Tomatillos are ready to harvest when they break through their husks. Fruits have a good balance of acidity and sweetness and will be sweeter if allowed to ripen to yellow. 60 days for green tomatillos, 70-75 days for yellow tomatillos 0.25g, approx. 100 seeds/packet
